Subscription Plans and Cancellations
We offer all our users a 7-day free trial period, allowing you to evaluate our services thoroughly before committing to a subscription. At the conclusion of this trial period, your chosen subscription will automatically commence. You have the flexibility to select from monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription options, depending on your needs and preferences.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, please note that this will halt any future renewals. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be terminated.
For customers who have opted for a lifetime subscription and wish to request a refund, we will assess your request on a pro-rated basis, taking into account the duration of use and the benefits already received. However, we cannot guarantee compensation for a terminated subscription, as any such offers are made solely at our discretion and on a goodwill basis.
Account Deletion and Data Removal
When you choose to delete your account, this action will result in the immediate cancellation of your subscription. In addition, we will permanently erase all data associated with your account from our servers. This deletion encompasses all of your stored links, any traffic data collected, pixel information, and any other related data connected to your account. Once completed, no trace of your information will remain within our system.
